As an Insurance Producer, you'll build lasting relationships while helping clients make informed decisions about protecting their families and financial future.

Your responsibilities include:

• Meeting with individuals, families, and educators to identify their insurance needs 
• Educating clients on Auto, Home, Life, and other insurance products 
• Conducting one-on-one consultations and group presentations 
• Building referral partnerships and networking within the community 
• Participating in school and community events 
• Delivering exceptional customer service before and after the sale

Ideal candidates are:

• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial 
• Excellent communicators and relationship builders 
• Comfortable presenting to individuals and groups

• Organized and able to manage their own schedule 

• Ability to obtain (or currently hold) Michigan Property & Casualty and Life insurance licenses 
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills 
• Professional attitude with a commitment to outstanding customer service 
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the agency team 
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
